I have recently relocated to the Bergen County area, and Sir Francis Dry Cleaners was recommended by a number of friends familiar to the area. Francis was courteous, paid great attention to detail on my preferences and actually got a spot out of one of my white shirts that was stubborn for a previous dry cleaner. He really went above and beyond and was able to press a robe that I had just gotten in the mail and give it to me while I checked in my other clothing. The prices were competitive, and right in line with my expectations from a prompt and high quality dry cleaner. I now bring my dry cleaning business to them as my primary service. Give them a shot- you won't regret it!

My puppy destroyed the elastic cuff of my Canada Goose parka. It was a gift that holds sentimental value, so I wanted to make sure the repair was done right. Sir Francis replaced the cuff, and it is good as new! Thrilled with the results.

We Love Sir Francis!!!! My son needed a shirt for his Senior pictures, and we had forgotten they were closed on Wednesdays for pick up... We left a message on Tuesday evening asking if there way any possible way I could get the shirt and totally expecting not to hear back from him...Not only did he call me back, Sir Francis hand delivered the shirt to our house on his day off. Exellent service and such a kind man! ??????
