Horrible service. Has had my case for over 8 months to make 2 phone calls and request a death certificate. I have called ever week for 8 months. I hear the same reply ever week he is very busy and will look into the case soon Since then lost the house sale because of no progress of this matter We handed him 2 phone numbers to contact is all he had to call to resolve this matter. But was unable to do so

Very dissatisfied! I understand things happen but when you have an appointment and call a few minutes ahead of time to be told there was an emergency the day before and he cannot make it, Ok I understand all of that but no phone call on the day before, which mind you was a Thursday, is very unprofessional. I've taken my business elsewhere. Cell phones have voicemails no matter what.
