What a charming and beautiful venue. The location is remote and quiet with plenty to do for all members of the family. Although I was here on business for the second time, I will bring my wife and young kids out soon!?This is a phenomenal golf location, with the Pete Dye course nearby. I also really enjoyed the food in the resort, and it was fun to pop literally across the street to try the food in their small town. ?Of course, there is so much history to take in here as well. Highly recommend!

The reason for my one star is due to the fact that clothing I had unintentionally left behind after checking out on Saturday cannot be found. I called the hotel on Sunday when I realized I was missing the clothes I had hanging in the wardrobe in my room. I was told to call back on Monday to speak to Lost and Found. On Monday I was told the person I need to speak would not be in until Tuesday. So I gave my name, phone number and email so they could reach out to me. I heard nothing from the hotel on Tuesday. On Wednesday Bonnie from Lost and Found calls me. I give a description of the items I left in the wardrobe. Bonnie informed me that nothing like I have described has been turned in. She also informed me that there were currently guests in the room and would be checking put on Thursday and she would have someone look to see if my clothes were still in the room. On Thursday Bonnie calls me and leaves a message stating that my clothes were not in the wardrobe. WHERE ARE MY CLOTHES?! What happened to them? How are the rooms cleaned after guests check out? Are the wardrobes and drawers not checked? What policy does the hotel have in place for housekeeping when items are left behind in rooms by guests? I am truly disappointed in this establishment. Why have a lost and found deptpartment when lost/left behind items are found and cannot be found in that department? I called the next day to report what I left behind. It's been less than a week since I checked out. Where are my clothes?

Rooms were very cramped, hard for 2 people to get ready at the same time (especially women) one of the beds was broken & company paid for everything except they made us charge the room to our own credit card, even though the company one was on file. Pool was cool but hot tub was closed for whatever reason. The banquet rooms were nice but the food was nothing to brag about & usually cold.

French Lick Springs is not just a resort/hotel, it’s a wholesome experience. I would use multiple adjectives to fully describe the experience - elegant, classy, uplifting, vintage, modern, magnificent. They have great customer support too!

We had a great time here on a much needed vacation from the daily hustle and bustle of life in the big city. The setting, scenery and ambience were all spectacular. The staff was all very courteous, helpful and kind. Every amenity outside the hotel is located very close as this is a small town and several things are within walking distance. We went in winter time and I can't wait to return in the spring and fall. I will definitely be coming back again.
