I highly recommend Sarah Privette. In fact, Google should allow us to add another “star” for attorneys like her. So many people do not understand how necessary it is to have a quality attorney in Domestic Violence court. I was living a Dateline episode in the making, and I needed urgent help. Katherine at this moment seems too busy to take the time to understand a case that involves her being a PC. She doesn’t care about the real life consequences that her decisions have on the minor child involved. She constantly oversteps her boundaries, and can be bought by means of money or just by annoying her. Many times she made errors that landed me in court due to her making erratic decisions because the the other parent was harassing her. She even told me this via email. My child got lost and I wasn’t given an address by the other parent. Katherine, regardless of the situation, said she wasn’t going to help unless she was paid $195. She ignored my emails, not only around this issue, but for months previously around important issues like not hearing from my child for court ordered phone calls. She takes zero responsibility for her mess ups and instead doubles down, puts the blame on you and then punishes you. Save yourself the time and really the money, and look for a fair PC that isn’t trying to take on the world, other cases and your case too.
