I was referred to Lucas from my commercial realtor as we had signed a lease for Options Medical Weight Loss to expand into Park Ridge only to find out that our lease location required a Special Use Permit as a medical facility. Lucas was quick to take my call and provided advice to help me make decisions in how to efficiently proceed since we had never dealt with this before. I decided to retain him to aid in the process of acquiring the Special Use Permit from the City of Park Ridge and I'm grateful I did. He provided documentation to the city for us and a written report to aid me during our City Zoning Permit Meeting. He even followed up after to see how it all went even though we were no longer paying him. He's high character and genuine and he worked for a fair price which are all rare to find these days.
