After a very long and emotional first year into my case, paying another horrible attorney, in full, thousands of dollars, just to have him completely hinder my case, Kristi is like the most beautiful breath of fresh air. She is already showing me what it feels like when an attorney you pay actually does their job and fights for their client. Kristi is honest and does exactly what she says she is going to do. I can actually walk in a court room with Kristi and not have to worry about important decisions being made on my case “behind the scenes”, without me even being made a part of the decision. It feels like a thousand pounds have been lifted off my shoulders and we are just in the early stages. I look forward to working with Kristi and am fully confident she will fight for my family to the best of her ability.
Kristi is amazing in every way! Stood up for me and was with me all the way through my all Ordeal. It's been a pleasure just to be in the presence of such a strong wonderful mother, attorney, and so so much more!
Kristi is a warrior! An answer to your prayers. She shines a bright light in the darkness. She's honest, trustworthy, reliable, extremely sharp in law. She stands with her clients and she stands up for the rights of her clients.
Kristi is handling my husbands case. She has been amazing. Updates often and really listens to her clients. She truly fights for her clients. We are lucky to have her represent him.
I hired Kristi because I have been trapped in the St. Louis County courts for 12 years. I've been very successful in my professional career and have worked directly with Fortune 500 Tech Giants like, Salesforce in the Financial District of San Francisco and The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, located in Seattle Washington. However, when I step into the Courthouse, located in St. Louis County, It feels like I'm warped into a time machine which takes me back to the 1950’s where women and minorities have little-to-no civil rights. Because, even though I've spent most of my professional life working directly with global leaders and helping huge companies make million dollar decisions; Every time I get in front of a St. Louis County Judge, or cross paths with a St. Louis County attorney, they talk down to me like I am some incompetent woman who doesn't know how to communicate and too dumb to understand. Then, when I start asking too many questions, or indicate that I am challenging a decision, I get ghosted by the counsel who is supposed to represent me, or worse, I'm told to shut up or else no one in the circuit will work with me ever again. It's evidently clear now that client-attorney privilege does not exist in St. Louis County. And I know this because... I was forced into this system in 2011 and since then, the opposition has sued me a total of 4 times. The first time I was sued, I was 27 years old, a college student, and a single mom to a toddler. And here I am 12 years later... still trapped in the St. Louis County Courts, trying to keep my head from being chopped off as information from my case continually gets leaked with no explanation as to why or how it happened... and as the opposition is handed a platform to tell lies and provided with new vehicles to use in the form of economical abuse. Collectively, there are over 15 attorneys and Judges, which have passed me back and forth and taken their cut on my case, whilst doing very little to uphold professional and ethical conduct in the courtroom. This unfortunate experience has robbed me years from my life and cost me over $80,000 to defend myself over senseless lies. I am so thankful a family friend referred me to Kristi Fulnecky. She was able to provide instant relief because she could see the defects from a birds eye view. I only just started working with Kristi, but in a very short stint of time, she has given me hope that someday my family might have a chance to receive a fair trial, where the outcome isn’t already determined before the hearing takes place. Throughout the campaign smear which has taken place over the years, and from what used to feel like a tormenting experience; I can now look at my case from a new lens and with a positive outlook. I am grateful to have this opportunity to bring Kristi on-board to work on my case, she really cares about the kids.
