I have used the services of Mr. Wendlinger multiple times and, have received not only the outcome I hoped for but above. I have also used him for other family members and very confident he will deliver the best result possible. my wife and I consider him our new family attorney for multiple issues.

I can say that it wasn't an experience with any of the lawyers but the worst customer service from the beyond unprofessional woman that took the call. She either said her name was Kaylie or Kylie...something along those lines. From the moment she took the call her guns were blazing and I couldn't understand why. I tried to ask a question and she cut me off. Just the worst customer service experience from what should be a professional woman!! I told her that I strongly believe in respect and you treat people how you want to be treated and her behavior was uncalled for. I could have matched her negative energy but what good would that have done but made me just as nasty of an individual as she is. Yes, you can have a bad day. NO, you can't take your bad day out on innocent people. I offered her a prayer that whatever burden was on her to act in such a nasty way would be uplifted. It is a simple concept that most people fail to realize, you treat people how you want to be treated!

David is an amazing lawyer. He fights for what is right and always has your back, no matter what. He’s proactive in his approach and understands that father’s rights matter in custody agreements as well. His approach is full of integrity and his communication is second to none. He helped me to get more time with my son and his rates are reasonable.

I must say Dave is an outstanding attorney . You will not find an attorney that is as well versed in the practice of law in lake or Porter County. I had an old attorney that practiced law for 30 years and made a total mess of my case. Dave took over my case within less than 6 months he had settled it got it done and both sides were satisfied.
