They are friendly and professional. But they don't really represent you on all of the thigs they say they do. For instance I needa Medical malpractice attorney and they say they take those cases. When they don't. They refer you to another lawyer who probably has to pay for each referral. So they say they represent things that they don't so they can make money by referring you to a lawyer they know. Most people wouldn't realize this is happening. Scam
