Had a traffic issue that I desperately didn’t want to hit my driving record. Gave Mr. Gabhart a call & he took car of everything like he said he would. Affordable, professional & most of all understanding. Definitely recommend

Avoid at all costs. I first contacted Gabhart in May of 2021, utilizing a legal assistance insurance policy through my employer for an adoption. The entire time I was utilizing him I had constant excuses from him about why things were not done. It would take repeated daily phone calls to get a return call (He uses an answering service like Ruby to dodge calls). Most calls he would claim he would do xyz within the week and not follow through. He didn't even file my case until October, 5 months after I first contacted him. This continued into June of 2021 until I was able to raise up the money to retain new council. Upon retaining new council I then discovered that not only was Gabhart lazy, he was, in my opinion, incompetent. My new lawyer had to file an amended filing of my adoption to correct several errors in the initial filing and do additional work that should have been done the first time. My new lawyer was able to also manage dealing with the delaying tactics of the contesting parent in short order, which was Gabhart's common excuse for not getting anything done quickly. The reviews here that complain about him are 100% legit. Stay away from him.

Unfortunately I can’t give negative stars or even zero so I’ll do a solid one. The first conversation Paige ridiculed me for high interest rate on a loan I took out. He said he was going to help me out, forgot to file an extension on the case, and now a judge has ordered the full amount of 4300$ instead of the negotiation price me and Paige had agreed on offering of 2500$. We all do things we wish we could undo, like failing to file an extension for a case someone is paying you for. Idk how old this guy is but it’s pretty sad a 28 year can teach someone probably twice their age a life lesson on being humble. I hope you read this Paige, and I want you to know you caused pain in my life in a time I was already suffering. I will never forget this experience until the day I die. Thanks for all your help.

Wonderful attorney, Mr.Gabhart has been my attorney for 3 years now. Any issue I have had in the past or present he has given me wonderful advice. One thing I really like about him is no matter who is right or wrong in the case he has never spoken Ill of either party. This man is godsend for me and my family if it wasn’t for him I would have lost my kids. - chris, the one with the blind child.

I have been trying to file bankruptcy for almost 2 years. Paid my fees, done all my paperwork, credit counseling course, and I am just waiting for it to be filed. I have been calling and calling, only to be told they’ll take my name and number and have Paige Gabhart call me back. This is what they’ve been saying for the last 6 months and no calls back. I have spoke with a new bankruptcy attorney that is helping me get a refund back, and I will be closing my case with you all. All I wanted is my case to be filed so I can get this behind me and they’re dragging their feet and will not help me one bit. This is ridiculous and very unprofessional. Next step is reporting it the the bar, which is being done in the next couple of days if I don’t hear back. Over being told the same thing over and over and i never am able to talk with Paige hisself.
