He was hired to force sale or buy out of my house after my divorce. Not only did that take 3 years to accomplish because of his fumbling court dates and ignoring my file for a year, but after it was finally over, he arbitrarily charged me what he felt like after he saw my settlement amount. By law, you are to receive a bill time to time, never got one. He's not very focused and after informing him how I was struggling and needed this settlement, still took his time and gouged me. I would say no to this attorney look elsewhere.
