Galligan & Newman

I drove two hours and met with Mr. Newman with my fiancee on behalf of her situation. I was expecting to have a productive conversation, but felt I never had the chance. From the beginning, the meeting was suprisingly tense with what I thought to be unprofessional language and a raised tone. This is in no way speaking of the rest of the firm, because I've never met them. I hate to sound negative on anyone and I'm sure he is a decent individual. I strongly felt my respect, attitude, concerns, and questions were not reciprocated and disregarded. I'm very disappointed in what I thought to be an unproductive meeting. A positive takeaway is walking away with a better understanding of the situation and how to go about things moving forward.

Mr. Trevor Galligan and his staff went over and beyond the call of duty in helping me with a personal family matter!!! I would recommend them highly!! Mr. Galligan proved to be very knowledgeable, honest, and very kind!! He took care of all my needs!!! Thank you Mr. Galligan and staff!!!

Mr Robert Newman and staff are very friendly and answered any questions at anytime. My case was brought up, and Mr Newman helped to solve my problem quickly. Great business man thanks for your help!

Mr. Newman was kind to our situation and gave us very good information and pointed us in the right directions. He asked us what we had already done and why we were there and we told him and he said we were doing it right and to keep doing what we were doing. He then joked "why do y'all even need a lawyer" that made us laugh.

I was highly disappointed with this law firm. They came highly recommended and when I spoke to them, plans were made to help me through my legal issue. After a month, nothing had been done and I could get little to no response. If they wished to discontinue working with me, they could have been professional enough to let me know instead of ignoring me. I was forced to find another firm.
