I would not. Recommend this law firm for any divorce. Brandon does not know what he's doing. We used him twice and he got paid. Good money to do absolutely. Nothing. I got screwed in my divorce and even my kids got screwed over. I was entitled to alimony. I didn't even get that.My kids deserved a whole lot more.He represented me on a contempt to take my ex.Husband back to court and we lost so yeah, he's worthless.Do not use this law firm.They will take your money and not do their job

This is the worst law firm and they play dirty tactics. They were negligent to file paperwork with the court. 6 months later they contacted me and tell me I have a court date the next day. No attorney called me nor have I received paperwork from the Court. They are trying to make me miss a court date so blame is switched to me. They hide behind their receptionist, will not call or email with a status update. This is the worst law firm.

Mr. Galloway was very professional, had great communication. His staff always answered my emails within a day and were very friendly with any questions I asked. He was fast from start to finish and had my case filed on the same day as my signing. My whole experience was wonderful.

Listen I went to Brandon Galloway because I was using Hyatt legal. Honestly this biggest mistake I ever made. He's unprofessional, I did all the work that he tried to charge me for. I basically had an open and shut case and lose due to his lack of professionalism. We had to reschedule court I don't know how many times. This always played a big part in my situation. Than once my case was done. No parenting plan or anything was done whatsoever. Now I am stuck in a bad situation while still fighting to be an active parent. He has to finish out what he was supposed to do already and he still has not. I just tried to call and text and the man won't reply until days. It's sad especially when you're a real parent. Honestly it's absolutely heart breaking. Do yourself a huge favor and stay away from this place. The only good thing that came from this place was his father, Tara, and Sarah. Sadly the father passed away may God bless him and Tara along with Sarah did the smartest thing they could do which was escape. Just protect yourself for the sake of your children and go elsewhere.

We recently purchased a new home and use Galloway & Galloway for the closing. They were absolutely incredible and the closing was so smooth. With covid19 pandemic going on and stay home orders in effect they still came through and got the closing done. We had to do a first and close via zoom on our laptops and cell phones but still went so smooth. They refunded some of our money which was nice to get after closing. Highly recommend. A+++ service!
