I mediated recently in July of 2018. At the end of the session they have you pay in full. I never received a document a month later with the transcript. I called to obtain it and was told I couldn't have it even though I'm the one who hired them and paid. When I simply questioned why I couldn't have my transcript Ralph went on a yelling rampage and totally lost his cool. I would never do business with them again, completely unprofessional and unwarranted. The whole mediation process was terrible full of yelling and bullying I'm completely unsatisfied.
He handled my divorce in 1986. An excellent atty. I could never forget him. 5 STAR
Never have forgotten him with the way he handled my 1985 divorce case.A real great guy and a excellent attorney.
