OMG, one of my seller's did a closing with this firm in 2013. I have never dealt with this title company. We had to trace some documents and payments. When I called I thought this will be futile, but Libby who took the call said she would look into it and call me back, I thought, no hope. After 45 years working in real estate I have never received this type service. OMG the very next day Libby called me back as promised and even tracked down the documents (very important) my seller did not have the very important information needed to fix a big problem.
