I would like to share my experience with Jason and his team, for all their hard work during one of my toughest moments in my younger years in my life. And I appreciate him for all the support that he has given me. He is one of the best gentleman that gave me one of the best advice on what I needed helped with in the moments when I needed it. I would give him (credit) if I need it during the next time around, if I socially need it. And I Thank Him And His Team’s For The Help That They Gave Me. Thank You! The Next Generations Will Help Deliver It On.
It has been years since using this legal team. They made many horrible impressions though. From not showing up to court on time, to asking for copies of documents from the other side in court they should have already had, it made a tough life situation even worse. Weiner called me up directly one time to yell at me for having a balance with them, before even announcing who he was I might add. Then he had the nerve to tell me he would continue to represent me out of some favor for being military. My attorney was in and out, and at one point I was being represented by a billing person with prior paralegal experience. Oh, the patalegal assigned to my case had left to go work for the law office representing the other side, and of course being a small town, there was a spouse to the other side's attorney working with this firm. Maybe not illegal actions but things you would like to be made aware of that concern you that were never brought up. At one point, my attorney even advocated for the other side during a mediation session. It was completely unprofessional, undermining, and humiliating. Do not recommend, especially for anyone with military connections. This was just my personal experience. I cannot attest to anyone else.
Great and very attentive to details. They listen and work with you on your problems brought to them. Not pushy like some others in town. The one thing I would like to see is more communication through the processes, and money returned in a timely manner. If it wasn't for that, they would get 5 stars. I'll definitely keep using them.
Where to begin.i wanted to start a small LLC fast. I new how to do it myself, but I didn't want to deal with it and I wanted to put my time into the business and not all the legal paper work at the beginning again. $4000 and 7 months later he has barely started. I started with Chris in September 2023 and in March 2024 I left for a few lawyer. He drags his feet on everything, and overtime I call or email them to check in and see if they will start they charge me for the call or email. He dosnt do most of the work, he contracts most of it to a contractor who lives in Tennessee. She's really great but she can't get Chris to do anything either. They take big lump Somes and what ever they charge you they take out of the lump some they already have, I think that's pretty normal. But how is this person going to charge thousands of dollars and then call me back months later after I've been contracting them regularly to get this stuff done and they say "ya you are all out, we need another lump some" and he gives me an llc ein, and a rough draft of an opporating agreement that has spelling errors. Not even a state business license with it. And when i ask him to give me a waver form for my customers Chris says "oh you can do that yourself" i know i can do it myself ive done all of this before i just wanted to not have to deal with it and pay the pretty penny for you to do it. We tell them we're moving in a diffrent direction and would like our remaining balance back from the second lump some and it takes 2 months of me calling and emailing them to give me back a simple $330 for my remaining balance. They just kept saying there accounts services needed to do that and they would let them know. If you want to use him as a lawyer run. If you see Chris is a lawyer against you, cheer. Other than that Chris is a pretty strait up and nice guy. People seem to love to work for him, he even let's them dring their dogs to the office. I'd love that. He's not cheep so it's not a pay for what you get situation, but he's not ridiculously expensive either.
We didn't feel that his legal opinion was incorrect but he is condescending, spoke over us and was completely unconcerned about our issue. He was clearly bothered to be on the phone with us despite being paid for his time.
