What about this morning around 10:30 had no idea that the hours changed because what was posted on the door was holiday hours. Went in the store. The doors were opened unlocked. The lights were on for 20 minutes. I walked around the store by myself no clerks no one in the building no music nothing happening Yelling for anyone only to find out no one was in the building so who opened the door? Apparently someone left the doors open last night at Belk in Sumter because when the manager came in this morning, me and another lady were standing there, trying to figure out where everybody was She said she was the only person there and had just gotten there so you’re telling me Belk stayed open, unlocked all night that’s wild and then they ask us to leave and come back in 20 minutes. They need to close Belk in Sumter. I’d rather shop in Columbia.

Great people, but I sent out my ring to be resized a month ago in Nov 27th. Told me it got sent out the week of the 16th or some day that week. Cause of something. There is no excuse as to why it.took 3 weeks to get out! Also can't give me a valid reason why? I should of gone to Kay's. So much better does not take a month for a ring to get resized. Also they seem to never, answer their phone in the jewler I have yo keep calling back at different times hoping it get someone

Never have much luck here... the racks are crowded & disorganized, and the women's styles are extreme (either trendy for the younger or "frumpy" for older or very "southern belle"ish), nothing much for a classic middle aged lady. Disappointing store compared to other Belks I've shopped in.

I wanted a different smelling ladies' perfume but could not find a scent that I liked. No one tried to help me I guess because it was near closing. I'll try again later in the month.

Large selection of clothing but difficult to find things. Items are sorted by brand versus sorted by type. Staff were very friendly
