I found that Dr Mingo and his staff was most concerned about the patients first and foremost. It's easy to see that they keep the cost as low as possible for all the patients. I personally feel Dr Mingo was highly educated and well established in the medical field. Any negative review should be for wait time only. They do the best they can. I'd rather wait for a quality doctor then just get in and out.

The place feels like a free clinic. Just plain dirty.
