Snigdha was a great help in navigating the Green Card waters (stormy ocean, more like!). The GC process has become much more difficult lately and Snigdha has kept track of all changes and potential problems. My wife and I got our Parent-of-US-citizen GCs recently and I have two bits of advice for GC applicants based on our experience: 1) Hire Snigdha as your immigration attorney - she is knowledgeable, patient, compassionate and will get your GC done if at all possible. I have bugged Snigdha with many emails and questions throughout the process and she has always replied patiently, in detail and was always correct in what she predicted. 2) This is very important - if you get an Interview Notice, take Snigdha along. Yes, it is an additional expense but very much worth it. You have no idea what the Immigration Officer will ask - in my case he was off on a fishing expedition but Snigdha politely pointed out that none of what he was asking was even allowed under immigration law - he said he would refer the matter to his supervisor - my GC was approved later and my wife's as well after some more time.
