I hired Attorney Gilbert for an Unlawful speeding ticket back in September 2018. I have a CDL License and I was so afraid of the points and how it would affect my license and my employment with my current employers. He stayed in contact with me throughout the entire process and kept me updated on everything and assured me that I was in good hands. I received the good news I was looking for and was ecstatic that he was able to make the whole thing go away and I never received any points on my license. Short a sweet, I received a speeding ticket last month. I looked on google on how to fight a speeding ticket in Florida seeing insurance rates are extremely high and not to mention I wanted to keep a clean record for military purposes. First place I contacted was the Ticket Clinic (DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME) they are not local nor do they know anything regarding the Tampa area laws. I contacted three other places with no desire in helping me out. I thought I was out of luck until i came across David Gilbert. First call went to VM which I was called back within the hour, I was shocked. I wish all lawyers were as good and down to earth as David Gilbert. I had a catastrophic career ending problem (ticket) , I felt that there was no solution and my career was over. Mr. Gilbert was able to not only calm my fears about the problem but helped me see a light at an incredibly long dark tunnel. Mr. Gilbert agreed to take my case, he laid everything out what I needed to do before the court case come to trial, I did everything he said to do. He went to court and he did everything he said he would do. He got a 25 over the speed limit speeding ticket changed to a much lower offense -- Failure to obey a traffic control device general use (could mean anything). The original ticket would have caused me to lose my job and livelihood. The Police officier was extremely unfriendly person to me and at court to Mr. Gilbert. Yet Mr. Gilbert was able to work his magic and was able to persuade the Police officer to change the ticket. My family will be forever grateful for Mr. Gilberts abilities and if you need a good, honest and dependable lawyer who does what he says, then look no further as I would HIGHLY recommend Mr. Gilbert. Attorney Gilbert gave excellent counsel, set my mind at ease, and was able to get the minimum mandatory sentence for my case through plea bargain, which is the best outcome I could have expected.
