Horrible customer service. Before you hire them they are great then once hired horrible. They don't follow up with you and don't follow up with insurance companies. They give you wrong information and simply tell you to be patient. If you win your appeal YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL LEGAL FEES AND THEY WILL GARNISH YOUR CHECKS UNTIL PAID THEY LIE WHEN YOU HIRE THEM AND DONT TELL YOU THIS AND IN FACT LIE SAYING EMPLOYER PAYS THEIR FEES. DO NOT USE FOR WORKMEN'S COMPENSATION CLAIMS. Find someone else. Worst experience I have ever had with a law firm!

This guy is a joke didn't even try to answer simplest questions he is here just to collect your money you can only advocate for yourself if you hire Mr Ginsburg you will be alone and not get anything done he waited till the day of the bcr to see if I still wanted him I could never get return calls whatsoever. I would say one word a baboon he didn't step up but step down he does not give two hoots about his clients and will bill.and bill the insurance company when he doesn't even do his job. Man to man he's a p.o.s. Do not give up hope but save your self a headache and don't waste your breath on hiring him. 5TH GRADER COULD OF REPRESENTED ME %100 BETTER. Jacob Ginsberg stole money and messed up my custody paperwork. Never returns calls or emails. Decides to go out of town for a “recital” instead of taking care of business. He was threatened by my exes attorney to respond since he never did his job. I DO NOT recommend. He just steals your money and lets you sit by and wait for nothing. If you want a good attorney, go elsewhere. He’s pathetic. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

Clear quick & I got paid a lot of money. This law firm ripped me off. They were handling a workers comp case for me and did a horrible job. They took their cut of my money and closed out my case but I did not find out until a year later that my case was closed. I got suspicious when I was no longer getting bills from them. They would not return my calls or get back to me on anything. I am still looking for a law firm to sue these guys. Stay away from this firm. You see they have a low review. I only gave them a one star because I could not post this without one.
