If I could give them less than a star, I would. Gist and his intake associate were very unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful. Like other's, I have also experienced being interrupted when trying to express my issues, and was told that I was that I was wrong, when in fact it was his staffs error. They were not responsive, in this time sensitive situation, and made me feel horrible. This experience taught me definitely how things should NOT go. I do not recommend this business.

Rude and insensitive: The referral/intake receptionist..... My goodness! I basically tried to make an appointment and was told off to the capital T. I’m new and learning. Never in my life. I am just trying to stay ahead of things due to unfortunate past circumstances and time sensitivity being a major factor. Wow!!! FYI: More importantly, please do not give your justification/reasoning because it’s not warranted.

Friendly people, they helped me in so many ways??I can't thank them enough. I hate my lady not there no more but she on to bigger things.

Staff is very dismissive and rude. Tried explaining my situation to one of the paralegals and she kept cutting me off. She made me feel unimportant and I would definitely not recommend!
