If you are looking for a law firm, you may want to continue your search. My wife and I selected this firm to update our trust and wills, and I must say, I have never found an organization as unresponsive as this one. Halfway through the process our emails and voice messages to the attorney were not being returned, and I began to wonder if they had died, quit the firm, or were just too busy to respond. I was especially anxious in that we hired them to update life-related documents, so we would have them in place in case of our death. So with every day that passed, I felt we were unprotected. Add to that, if they were to be the attorney of record for our trust, how would our family be treated by them upon our death? So with every day that passed, I felt like we had no safeguards in place. Finally, and out of frustration, I demanded of the receptionist that I speak with the person the attorney reports to. I then received a return call from the "office manager", who after listening to my story, said the attorney was "out of town on business" and then ironically asked if I would "like for him to send her a message to contact me." I told him he must be kidding (in that she never replied to our messages), and asked that he simply box up my documents so I could pick them up. I then received a call from the firm’s Managing Partner, who asked what needed to be done to finalize the documents. What I found ironic, is the one thing he didn't do, was apologize for the other attorney's behavior. I told him I was unsure what “needed to be done” with the docs, and asked that he read the attorney’s notes (which I would presume he would have has access to), finish the tasks that I had paid his firm to do, and I would then pick up the documents. I will now let you guess if those documents were finalized and ready to go on the day that he promised. I am unsure where their priorities are as a firm, but at least in my case, they weren't with treating me or my wife with any level of common courtesy, let alone any degree of professionalism. The good news is, our wills and trust have now been finalized by another firm that seems to care about people.
Our representation on a probate matter was handled with utmost professionalism. Anne Rudolf is thorough and sharp. We were confident in her expertise and highly recommend her.
My Attorney for years. They are so reliable & responsibly fair on fees. I recommend Sara Egan for Trust's.
They did a great job with very little time to put it in place ????
Attention to detail is impeccable and timely. I trust them with my trusts.
