So grateful for Goldberg and Rosen, but specifically Patricia Yeats. Jud Rosen had made me lots of promises in order to take my case, including taking me fishing (don’t ask), but I only saw him once after I pretty much barged into his office unannounced. Patricia, on the other hand, took my case, and won the maximum amount I could’ve won, all in under a year. Very responsive, friendly and caring. Highly recommend her if you’re lucky to get her on your case.
We have been dealing with this law firm for over 6-7 months with no correspondence they will just keep telling you go to treatment. They will not keep any of the files that they send you. They will switch your case to different people continuously and then when you ask, what’s going on, they will give you an attitude. I have tried to deal with them multiple times, but they just keep telling me the same thing now they switched the case of somebody else and they told me to send all the documents all over again, I feel like these are from people not clients.
From the first meeting of Brett Rosen (Goldberg & Rosen) I was impressed. Brett was respectful, kind and extremely knowledgeable. The second time we met he actualy came to my father's house and talked with us about my father's case. I never imagined that he would actualy come to the house. This action and the meeting that followed assured my father and I that Goldberg & Rosen was the right firm to handle our case. Our case did not make it into court for another 3+ years and like clockwork Brett or the lead attorney he appointed to our case would check it with us every few months. Sometimes there was news or a few changes to report and other times it was just to let us know he hadn't forgotten about our case and that everything was still on schedule. Once we finally made it to trial it felt like the whole Goldberg & Rosen team was there. Brett's brother Judd, the lead attorney, Jocelyn Santana and 4 other members of their team I unfortunately can't remember the names of. The trial lasted 3 days and in the end we were extremely satisfied with the results. I strongly recommend Goldberg & Rosen! Even up to this day I still contact Brett for legal advice and referrals.
Got in a car accident in 2022 and it’s now 2024 and I can count on 1 hand how many times they have reached out to me. I did all the therapy they asked of me to do. I went to doctors visits and still to this day I haven’t heard anything from them. I’ve called several times and each time I got the run around. Never did I get a clear answer on the case. I was referred to this company by my coworker and I will NEVER refer the to anyone! EVER!!!

They were at the hospital same day and made sure I got attend too which was a plus for me! Kent , sandra and the rest of the staff had been nothing but great to me recommend me to the best Doctors and physical therapist!!!
