I was really hoping to get some help from this office. I scheduled my appointment a week ahead of time and was really hopeful that someone in this office could help me since I was really stressed out about a court order I received. The front desk clerk told me that an attorney in the office would be able to guide me with help even if they weren’t unable to help me. Unfortunately, I didn’t even get to that step to explain my situation. I had my appointment scheduled at 4:30 on a Friday. The receptionist told me the attorney was on another call & will call me back once he’s done. An hour later, I decided to call back just for them to send me to voicemail because the office was now closed. I understand things happen. But I wished they could’ve called at least told me they needed to reschedule. I left a voicemail & have not gotten a call back at least to apologize. And I hope if they respond to this, no I will not call to resolve an issue. If you truly care about how you handled a situation, your office should be the one calling back the customer to resolve an issue.

Thanks to Attorney Gonzalez and his paralegals. My divorce went smoothly and I always received calls back from the attorney.

I wrote a negative overview about this office and They said they wouldn't return my money! if I didn't change my review. He refuses to accept my bankruptcy case just because I dislike an appointment they don't accept their mistakes when it's my first time in Bankruptcy, you expect to find a lawyer to support you... you're paying for a service! they knew I lived 25 miles away. It's 40 minutes from my house why? don't they call me hours earlier when they needed some document of mine. it's a waste of time and money!!
