They are very mean, they didn't stick to our policy agreement and lied about coming out to our house for inspection.
unreasonable delay, unreasonable denial, and Kate shows no remorse for policyholder. they even could be a bit shady.
This company is very bad at communication, they also lie to us about hail date storms that caused us damage, and they never reimbursed us, let us use appraisal clause in policy or umpire.
