I reached out to them, cold turkey, about my SSDI rejection. Paralegal Nancy Fox took some basic information during that first phone call and asked if she could set up a phone meeting with the paralegal that was going to handle my case. This meeting was set up three business days after my cold call. I had the meeting, and my paralegal, Kelly Jarvis, promptly called me at exactly our appointment time. I provided to her all the information I had available during our 30-minute phone call. Within 36 hours of our meeting, she had the appeal paperwork in my inbox, just awaiting my signatures. Nancy, then, as a courtesy, followed up the arrival of said paperwork with a phone call, ensuring I was aware of its arrival. This law firm appears to be professional, as well as efficient.
