Jerry Katskee cost me my case by leaving out witnesses and not doing his due dilligence as my attorney. He had me go to his friend who is a chiropractor to rack up more expenses to try to get more money from an accident settlement. Then, after losing the case, he took me to small claims court for almost $3,000, which I never was served for, but that's another story.
