Completely sneaky attorney. Handled a case for my family and neglected to disclose vital paperwork that they had for over a year. Neglected to disclose information to the client. If you are in need of an attorney stay FAR away from these ones.
I have been having a lot of trouble with finding direction with a case. I have tried so many different lawyers and have not had any help at all. I simply called looking for any advice I could get. I was directed to Andrew S. Marcucci where he looked up any information he could to simply give me some direction. I am very appreciative for the help! Although I was not able to go through with this law firm he really showed that he cared.
Very unprofessional firm 10000 percent do no recommend all they care about is getting their money nothing more
I called this business last week and todays date is 11/9/21. I spoke to a woman named Sue, who at first was very helpful and I understood that she could not tell me whether the debt was paid for or not and it’s why I had my husband call, because it was a lien placed on his property. She yelled and was very rude to my husband when he called. In my opinion, just because one reiterated something to me( the non debtor) does not give her a right to feel agitated or superior to demean another. The people at this business wouldn’t even be employed if it weren’t for others who are or assume to believe they are in debt. She obviously does not know how to use phone etiquette. Maybe they need to offer her a class on what tone to use when speaking to patrons. The BBB have been notified.
I have been a client of Grady & Riley’s for many years both personally and through my business. They have always been extremely professional and thorough with anything that we have needed. I would felt confident recommending them to anyone.
