I am thoroughly impressed by how well I was represented. Mr. Grafe's vigilance found a discrepancy that changed the whole case for my DWI knocking off a full year of license suspension. Grafe & Bachelor was recommended to us by a few people that have used their legal services to help with a ticket and other legal issues. If I could give it 0 stars I would, but unfortunately Google doesn't allow that. I can honestly say since April 2023 it has been a nightmare using Travis and we would NEVER EVER again use his service or recommend him to anyone. The attitude he gives his clients, the rude comments and not going to bat at all for us. Countless days waiting for a response from him, multiple phone calls to discuss our situation. At the end of the day we didn't get what we wanted and ended up just settling because we were done dealing with him. Went to the office to sign off on all the paper work & this man had the audacity to get ignorant and be rude to us in the lobby of the office. Really feel bad for the woman that work there and hope they don't take the verbal abuse like we got. The woman in the office in my opinion is what keeps that office going and are the absolute sweetest it this man, Travis, is a real piece of work that we will NEVER use again. I wish we would've never used their services, gave him our hard earned money and just gone somewhere else with someone who genuinely cared about their customers. Please in the future do better, be kinder and treat your customers with respect. Maybe do some classes on customer service because Travis you seriously are lacking that! Best of luck to you, but we will NEVER use your services again. Have the day you deserve!!!

Travis had done an amazing job with our case. He asked us to put our trust in him and we did. We couldn’t ask for any better representation than him and his firm. I highly recommend this firm for all needs
