I had an injury and contacted two lawyers before Austin, but none of the two was interested in representing me. The defendant and their insurance were very uncooperative, but Austin dealt with them with great sense of professionalism until the insurance got committed. Then after a long feet dragging, they gave us an offer that wasn't good. Austin again guided me professionally in taking some difficult decisions, until the offer was reviewed and we had a good settlement.
