Tim Cummings did my divorce. Twice over the next year and a half my ex still hadn't done things required by our divorce. I contact Tim on 2 different occasions to see what my options were, he never returned my phone calls or email.
Timothy Cummings is as incompetent as they come. I gave him specific information, he wrote none of it down, and so far I'm still playing phone tag with the court clerk for over 3 months to receive the $500 refund from the court. I would never use this law firm again. I could have represented my self and been better off.
