I dealt directly with Hayley Greenberg through their Baldwin office location regarding an immigration matter. Hayley is communicative, honest, and knows immigration like the back of her hand. Most importantly, I was always able to get a call back from her within a day or two when I had questions, and she followed up on my documentation even after it was submitted. She also made sure that I received all communication from USCIS, and even gave me a call to check that I was aware of an upcoming appointment with USCIS. I will certainly use her services in the future should the need arise, and my advice to her other clients is to follow her instructions to the letter and trust her with getting things handled.

Wow! Was a little intimidated contacting an attorney through my Hyatt Legal plan provided by my employer. Spoke with Jerry who was patient, extremely friendly, and honest. He was upfront and apologetic about his high work volume but took the time to refer another associate. Will be returning to his practice for financial consultation in the near future.

We hired Hayley Greenberg as an immigration lawyer and it was the biggest mistake in our life. Firstly, it took her 14 months to collect the documents and apply for my greencard. 14 months! After we applied, G-28 was rejected because she didn't properly file it. The worst thing was that she even didn't try to fix the mistake. Also, Mrs. Greenberg was always hard to communicate with: no replies to emails, always absent in the office and was not returning our calls. We changes the lawyer. But Mrs. Greenberg didn't tell us what the process would look like and because of that we can't proceed with the application. Wanna ruin your life? Hire her.
