Poor customer service and they do not respond to emails. Buyer was essentially forced to use this closing agent by the developer to save SOME money but unfortunately buyer was EXTREMELY dissatisfied with the lack of response and professionalism. Large firm with little empathy and care. Use your own title company (you can do so) it’s worth the small additional cost. The aggravation is not worth it. THEY JUST DON’T CARE!
As a real estate agent I am extremely disappointed with this law firm as closing agents. It is the very first time that I do not receive my commission payment right after closing and many emails went unanswered until I called and was told to contact the developer who informed me today that they are the ones cutting the checks and no check have been sent yet.
The attorney we dealt with (Ms. I. Q.) made us never want to use this firm or deal with any other party using this firm. Not a rational person and made for a horrible several weeks.
