I rarely write reviews however, because of the outstanding nature of my experience with Rick Gregorek, his staff, and associates I will make an exception. There are specific key characteristics that one should consider when choosing a legal firm to handle your personal affairs. Two of these components is integrity and experience. I have been working with Rick and his staff for almost 10 years and have always been very pleased with the caliber of work. Rick and his staff have the ability to think out of the box in finding the best possible solution for your particular circumstance whether for retirement, estate planning, etc. Rick and his firm are not of the cookie cutter mentality as in these times this strategy rarely works with any degree of success. Another of the many qualities Rick and his staff have is the ability to listen to the client and incorporate that information to best fit the client's need/outcome, i.e. very client focused. In addition, Rick also incorporates a degree of compassion into the process as much of the estate planning deals with the delicate balance of familial issues. Rick's experience and knowledge forms the basis of his wisdom to achieve the best possible outcome for his clients. To say that Rick is an authentic individual and consummate professional is an understatement. Rick and his staff excel at maintaining a high level of integrity, qualtiy, and professionalism.

Scott Ralston has been exceptional in his representation during my dissolution, which involved a jointly held business and lots of issues. Mr. Ralston demonstrated deep understanding of the law, he communicated succinctly and frequently, and he had a refreshing consideration for keeping legal fees within reason. I had been taken for an expensive, mostly ineffective ride by a downtown law firm before finding Mr. Ralston. In our first meeting, he grasped more about the complexities and necessary actions in my case than my previous year of representation. In addition, he educated me about the law and carefully discussed options along the way. It was an enormous relief to have a knowledgeable advocate, at last.

My elderly parents hired Rick for estate planning with myself as Trustee for the estate trust. After my mothers passing I discovered that Rick had set up numerous LLC's and a labyrinth trust web that was so complex for their meager estate it was laughable. also he had interjected himself into the trusts complexity so there was really no way out other than to keep him on through closing out the Estate. throughout the process Rick appeared arrogant, overbearing, blustery and uncooperative. also there were many errors - one such instance was in his attempt to clear up a title matter related to my parents house he inadvertent recorded documents transferring the neighbors house into my parents name. the first words out of his month was I didn't feel comfortable doing that but that was what the title company told me to do .............. Avoid this person

Mr. Ralston has been in control of our profits from the sale of our real property in Moses Lake now for some 2 years. His involvement is with the co-owners portion of the profits, the Brooks Estate. It has nothing to do with us yet he continues to refuse to release our portion of the proceeds. I would not hire him for anything if this is the caliber of attorney he is. I would give him a minus 2 stars
