I paid him $1300 to file a bankruptcy. Them main goal was to save my vehicle loan. I trusted him to do his job and contact my finance company about reaffirming on the loan. As it turns out he had done nothing but email them, a email the bank says they never got, and wait for a response. I was lied to by his office about what I needed to pay to save the vehicle and lost it anyways after it was all over. Every question I had about money owed and payment times was answered with a lie by his assistant who I know now obviously had no idea what he was talking about and instead of asking someone. This man did not do the job he said he would. He did least possible to push the paperwork through and get his money. Stay way and find another office! Thanks for nothing....

After not getting a response from the IRS as to why I was double charged in 2013 I took my items here, explained the problem (even had to find the error in past returns!) and paid the extra to resolve this issue that the payment was applied to the WRONG year and I had pay (a second time) for the year this amount was filed for. ALL that he did was do the taxes...nothing more. No amended return to get the extra thousands back. All I got from this business in response as to why he had not filed an amended return because Turbo Tax put the payment on the WRONG line was this response: " I'm sorry that you're disappointed. I understand that you paid the $2,719 for 2013 - I completely agree with that - I think the IRS also completely agrees with that. The problem is that same number ($2,719) showed upon on your 2014 tax return as a payment for 2014. That's the whole problem. At this point, I'm not understanding what you want me to do - or what you're planning to do yourself? Gary L. Griner " I eventually, resolved this by going down to the IRS myself with everything in hand that I had provided this business with. SETTLED, finally but I am out a overpriced fee for NOTHING ! I would have plugged the numbers into any Free Tax USA and merely filed a return! I had paid to RESOLVE the issue I had explained (clearly and concisely) to him.

Amy mopped the floor with (M.J.) who was the lawyer I was recommended. He was supposed to be the best for family law... She did not disappoint- rather stunned the rest of the courtroom. I put her name out there for people I knew needed a good attorney. All I can advise people is if you don't really feel 99% confident after a consultation- then don't settle. There are too many lawyers in these streets that would assure you that he/she could get a desired or very reasonable outcome for your case. Go to as many as consultations as time will allow. I would highly recommend Griner and Company! I live out of state and, Gary handled a suspended license case for me that I got a while ago while in Indiana. I contacted him on a Monday, and by Wednesday the case was handled and closed. There was great communication, and most importantly trust with Gary. That's a lot to say for me to have not ever met him face to face. Great firm overall!

If u are black do NOT use this fraud he won't fight for u at all. I paid a lot of money for this clown not to do his job like he said he would. Now I'm out of over $3000 maybe more because of this clown. I wouldn't hire him again ever in life.
