We consulted with the Title’s company lawyer and with the Real Estate Broker’s lawyer, they both told us they required a substantial retainer fee and didn’t make any promise indicating that it would take months even years to clean the title. We contacted Brett who immediately dove deep into the situation and never failed to answer a text or call within minutes; and we were able to close five days after.
