Its obvious that the lawyers and the local police are similar. Cops put blatantly false charges on ppl that have been labed a threat, resulting in a personal vendetta giving the officer the idea he is above laws put into action way before he was disregarding them. As for the counselors put into the equation, supposedly for protection against such officers, turning a blind eye by Giving a verbal agreement to represent the person who"s rights were overlooked and with a phone call free of charge get (for lack of better words) the paperthin charges taken care of. As he laughed hysterically how absurd the charge were said phone call was never made nor returned after a dozen messages and requests. Fortunately, verbal agreements with a 3rd party as a witness are still considered binding in SC? So long as they do not violate the Statute of Frauds That will conclude my review. Stay far from moncks corner BC it seems that the protect and serve fall very short and the Blind Lady of Justice has selective vision and her scales are welded to an even keel. And furthermore the animal used to represent or advetise should be a Vulture, as opposed to an eagle. I hope my dear friend you made that verbal agreement hears from you and at least one patron from that area proves him and me wrong. God bless.
