We would give Guajardo and Marks 6 or 7 stars if possible! My wife was hit by another driver who wasn’t paying attention while on her way home from work. She had a moderate neck injury that kept her out of work and pretty immobile for 3 months. We chose Guajardo and Marks because the reviews they received were so high and after working with them we know why the reviews were so high! When we met with Mike and Catherine for the consultation they were concerned, caring, and just nice people. Mike’s basic message was ‘you focus on getting better, we’ll handle the rest’ and that was a huge relief to us. After signing with Guajardo and Marks we had very little to do beyond treatment before the settlement was reached. Mike, Catherine, Heidy, and team worked both with the offending driver’s insurance and our under-insurance policy to get us more money than we could have expected right after the accident! Mike and team were always attentive, caring, and there to talk if we ever had a question. If they were busy the moment we called they always called back as soon as possible and were always happy to talk, not just exchange emails. Their team is truly caring and their client service is just phenomenal. We will 120% be recommending them to any friends or family who are in an accident! They made what felt like a really bad situation much, much better! Genuinely thank y’all!
