Although she is knowledgeable about the law, she is seriously lacking in customer service and people skills. This was the first time my family had ever dealt with handling an estate for a loved one and she made this a horribly unpleasant experience. She sent the most horribly rude, nasty e-mail I've ever gotten from a professional because we asked too many questions and should have "take better notes" at the hospital while our mom laid dying of a sudden illness. I would think someone in her line of work would have a little more empathy. I could never in good conscious recommend her to anyone.

I'm sure she knows exactly what's she's doing when it comes to Law and is probably the best around. But as far as customer service and talking to people, she does not. I felt very uncomfortable and unwelcomed when I visited her office. So much so that I sought council with someone else.

Mrs. Lamb is very professional towards those she works with, and is passionate about what she does. She truly has a heart for her clients, a thorough knowledge of all the remedies available through estate law, and will work with meticulous detail to ensure her clients are taken care of in every way possible, with respect to their individual needs.
