They are a great firm to work with. I'm thankful our agent pointed us in their direction. They've handled several real estate transactions for us, and they are exceptional. We've worked with other attorneys, so we have something to compare them to. The communication was always within 24 hours, typically the same day. Closings were always handled with great care and very timely. Each person in their office who worked on our files was a pleasure to work with. We will surely retain their services again.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND HALE & HALE LAW FIRM!!! Called Hale & Hale to have a Quit Claim Deed completed, spoke with Deborah and she took my information and said she would call me back to schedule a time. Waited 4-days to receive a call back and never did, so I called the office again, spoke to the receptionist, the receptionist transferred me to Deborah. Deborah, while having an attitude, said that I was supposed to call them back. I was okay to overlook that if they would go ahead and schedule me an appointment while I was on the phone, but she would not, she stated that the receptionist would call me back shortly to schedule an appointment, this was a Friday. Never received a call back on Friday, so I called them back on Monday and expressed my dissatisfaction with their customer service and I no longer was interested in their services. The next day I received a voice message from the firm I think trying to apologize, but all they did was make excuses and defend their firm - pathetic. Don’t quite understand the blow-off I received from them. If they didn’t want to do the Quit Claim Deed for me, they could have just said they were not doing them, or maybe I wasn’t the right kind of customer for them, whatever the reason, I got the runaround. Needless to say, I went to Smith Law LLC in Okatie, which I highly recommend. They completed the Quit Claim Deed in 3-days with no issues. I will NEVER recommend this law firm to anyone I know.

We have had the privilege and pleasure of working with Becki, Meridith and the others on their staff for many years. They set the bar for consistent outstanding performance in an intimidating warm, friendly environment. Who said excellent lawyers have to be stuffed shirts in their three piece suits?

What a great organization. I had called on Columbus Day. Figuring I would leave a message. Instead Betty answered the phone. I had a problem. My mother suddenly took ill with a brain tumor. I flew down from Boston to help out. Much to my surprise the papers that were supposed to be filed away are missing. My mother had consulted Hale and Hale previously and said to contact them and they had everything. Well. They had unsigned things. It’s a bank holiday so no Notary would be working. And I have a flight back this afternoon. The para Mrs Risk. Called me back. She went to the rehab center 20 miles away from there office with her notary stamps and had my mother sign and she notarized a power of attorney, and health care proxy forms. Very few people would do this for a stranger. Oh and she wouldn’t accept payment. What can I say but thank you. They will continue to do and legal work needed. You should use them to.

We recently moved to Sun City and realized that a will from New York was no longer valid. We were returning back to NY unexpectedly and wanted to get a will done before we went back. I called Hale and Hale, spoke to Libby who listened to my circumstance and immediately got me an appointment with Rebecca Hale. All our legal papers were done in a matter of days.
