Don't go to this man he never returns calls and is very incompetent. Not professional at all
Matthew Niemiec is by far the worst attorney I have ever had the misfortune of meeting. He represented my mother in a divorce , which was settled almost a year ago and has yet to provide any type of billing or accounting of any of the money. He has held almost $5,000 in overages from her retainer fee and his only response is a promise to provide the billing summary and money at a future date. These dates continue to be postponed, as each promise expires. DO NOT USE THIS ATTORNEY.
I had a small matter (dispute with a shady contractor) that I needed representation for and chose Mr.Freeman ... he kept me informed every step of the way, provided sound advice and closed the matter expeditiously. I highly recommend this firm and will use them again myself should I have the need for legal services!
Matt was super helpful, and saved me quite a bit of money, I highly recommend him.
Stay away from Cam Halford. After a year, he still hasn’t done what he was paid to do…. Very hard to deal with, as he is Hot tempered, and will fire you For asking a question. Big No. Beware of this Attorney.
