Worst experience I have ever had!!! Lawyer refused to talk to me. Called me to be in court in 5 minutes and he would not show. Devon is an idiot which is his son. Save ur money or just please guilty.

Fast, friendly, compassionate service during a difficult time. Having never been through a legal matter such as this, I had no idea what my options were. My attorney (Mr. Hall) was great about answering any questions I had. His response time was also great - he was usually accessible and if not he let me know when he would be. Highly recommend to anyone!

Absolutely horrible! He would never return calls and when pushed to do his job instead of signing papers agreeing to things he refused to go to court to fight for custody, which was why he was hired. Absolutely the worst lawyer to deal with and very unprofessional.

Nick Wingert is a very good attorney who knows what he is doing and is a true advocate for his clients. He works hard and makes sure you are aware of what is going on and what to expect. I would highly recommend Nick and would gladly seek his expertise again if I ever had the need.

Only time i seen or herd from Mr. Hall was in the initial consultation, after that i was only able to get ahold of the his paralegal (secretary) He also told things during my initial consultation and did not follow thru, not to mention he charged me a 4k retainer fee which i never got any of that back which i would have expected too because he never did anything all we did was agree to my ex's terms, most of the time nobody is in the office, and nobody answers the phones, go elsewhere if you want a good attorney
