Attorney Wylkan and staff were very efficient and compassionate in assisting us with my mother's legal affairs as she transitioned to a nursing home. Attorney Wylkan spent a great deal of time on our situation and was very patient with our myriad of issues. We were so pleased with the service we received that we then set up our own trust. Once again we were provided with excellent service. There is a great deal of comfort in knowing that we have our legal affairs in order. Our greatest desire is not to burden our children with our affairs once we are no longer able to manage them for ourselves. Dealing with life changing events are hard enough without having to compound the situation sorting out a loved one's affairs after the fact. We are very grateful for the services provided by Attorney Wylkan and his excellent staff.

This is one way to make sure, nothing goes well. This is the very bottom of the Bottom- Feeders. Don't waste a dime or any time on this guy. He charged me 300.00 for a rental application he pulled off the internet, and worse... if I could give zero stars I would!! This pretense of a lawyer, simply wants to steal from the elderly and disabled. He did so to my family. He will soon be disbarred!! RUN, DONT WALK AWAY. There are many wonderful lawyers in Fremont. This is not one of them!!! Never was, and never will be.

We can't say enough about Attorney Wylkan. Not only is he extremely knowledgeable, but he is also an advocate. Five stars is not enough.

Lawyer knows what to do to prepare my parents for Medicaid and get VA benefits for my dad. After paying the required fee, getting it done and with results is another story.
