Not sure who the heck these people are but they issued something on my property. Called and left 3 messages and no return. Dont have anything past due. Very shady if you ask me. Still trying to figure out what's going on.
This firm has filed what I believe is an illegal foreclosure against my house. I reached out to them twice to ask clarifying questions and my efforts were ignored.
I contacted Mr. Halliday to help with a very time sensitive letter that needed to be written to stop a business associate from breaking a contract. After meeting with him and providing him with all of the paperwork requested I waited and waited but was told that he was extremely busy with other work then a lengthy out of the country trip and after resolving the issue myself and (8) months later and several attempts to recover the retainer fee I paid him the day of the initial meeting I finally got a bill from him for consultation and review for over 1/2 of the retainer.... I will never do business with you again.
These people are fraudsters but not very smart
Many concerns as to what these individuals are actually trying to achieve. First word that comes to mind, shady. I don’t think these people have any interest in helping you just themselves. Do your research and share what you find. One may find these people have untrustworthy agendas that need to be disclosed for the better good of humanity!
