My daughter's experience with this firm is beyond belief. They do not follow court order and collect debt amounts beyond the order. Sad part we feel there's a possibility of a judge allowing this illegal activity. Report the lawyers to the bar.

Just call the update my payment information and the resectionist was extremely rude. Not only did she speak to me in a condescending way but her sarcasm toward someone who has been impacted by the pandemic was unbelievable. To top of off she hung up on me once she got my information and didn’t even say anything about our call being completed. These people need to be reminded there is a human being on the other end of the line and just because you owe a debt doesn’t make you a criminal. Especially when your calling to settle your debts.

Keep getting letter from this company, this I proceed to call and figure out what’s going on. They answer then hang up . I kept calling when they finally answer they said “I’m cutting out and continue to hang up within the second not giving a chance to talk. I decide to use two other phone that will not cut off avoiding to be hung up again and get to to the bottom of this. Just to be sent to voice mail until their “normal hours”. How do they expect to get paid and collect money when they don’t have quality service? Explains the 2.2 star they have!

This office likes to add fees and interest not on original judgments and then when you figure it out they try to hide behind documents not signed by the courts . I requested court documents showing where 18% interest was granted by a judge and they sent me 28 pages of nothing . Sent out request a hearing paperwork today . we will see how the judge like someone abusing the system

They are filthy lawyers who don't care about right or wrong. Trash human beings. My parents screwed up and made a mistake paying my car insurance when I was a kid. 10 years later and 1000s of dollars they are still collecting. Trash human beings plain and simple.
