Over this whole process of Adam and his team representing my wife and I, was pleasant to say the least. The overall communication was A+, I was updated on every step of the process. Even if I had a off the wall question, Candice was right on it. I had an issue with my Buick and needed a resource to help with GM. This voice of the little people needed a BIGGER voice. This firm and the team went above and beyond to help me in every way possible. The initial claim process, all the way to the settlement, Adam and his team had my back. If I ever have a problem again, I will definitely keep them in mind.

They accepted my case, had me fill out a bunch of paperwork, and send in a bunch of paperwork. They were really great during that process, but they ignored my emails, calls, and texts for months until I left this review. My claim did not get approved and Handy/Candice directed me to file a claim for a three year old class action lawsuit against Kia, which (according to Kia) will get denied because all claims were due three years ago. I wish I could give more stars.

Hyundai dragged their feet to get my claim through; they were able to get my claim through and paid out to me. Which was great news! The only part that made it frustrating and hard was Handy Law WOULD NOT, REFUSED to overnight my check to me. I had to use Lyft, Public Transportation and asking for rides for two weeks because I had to surrender my car without a check provided. Mind you I use my car for job to check on accounts and it made my job and personal HELL for two weeks. I hope they listen to their clients who only have one vehicle as their main transportation.
