It was such a pleasure working with the Flores Law Group. Attorney Guillermo was such a help throughout the process. Everyone there felt like family after everything. I can't thank all of them enough for making the process so much easier!!!

Started consular process with Flores law firm back in 2018 with Wilson everything was great up until he left. I could never get a firm answer of who was working on my case I would have to constantly call everyday to get a call back regarding my case. I always had to be on top of everything even to get a retainer from them because it would take them weeks to get back to me. No one even knew that I had an interview in Juarez which I ended not going to. I asked for a refund for my last payment due to how unprofessional they had been. I was told they will contact their financial department and get back to me. It’s been a month haven’t got a call back and I doubt I ever will. From my personal experience I would not recommend this firm.

Mr. Flores is so dedicated to his clients, he is very caring and takes time out of his extremely busy schedule to return a phone call or to call you back. Very professional and he knows how to get things done for his clients. I know, because he did all the above for me. Highly recommend this awesome and intelligent, knowledgeable attorney.
