I moved my elderly mother to an assisted care facility right down the road from me. She had a long-term health insurance policy and I assumed that filing a claim would be quick and easy. It was not. The paperwork was easy enough, but the insurance company let the claim sit on their desk for two years! I retained Bonnie Wright of Hanlon to represent me in a matter against 4 relatives who were fighting me over my elderly Aunt's guardianship matters and subsequent estate battle after she passed away. Bonnie blew them out of the water. The Courts are very unpredictable, and outcomes are always in doubt, so you never know what to expect but she did a fine job against these vicious people. Bonnie is tough and blunt so if you're looking for someone to hold your hand look elsewhere. She is like General Patton.
