Its so sad, Ms. Leung, who makes a big advertise on TV, I called a few days ago, a female answered, she claim she was her assistant , I had a difficult time sharing my case with her, her Chinese and English both are broken, plus she was very rude, I was patience for 10 mins explaining the case, finally, I requested to speak to Ms. Leung , she claims Ms. Leung is busy attorney, may not have time to call you back, I was worried that she did not understand the case, I strongly asked for her to write my phone number and let Ms Leung decide if the case is worth it or not? She paused for a moment, then ,she said I do not think she will have time to call you back, , which She is right, it has been 5 days passed , Ms. Leung never call. My confusion is Ms. Leung keeping advertise for employment issue is her expertise ? She let her assistant take over her job? and did not enough training for her customer service and language? What a shame, of course, by now, if Ms. Leung ever call me back, I would not truest her ability to have such employee who may cost her liability more than Ms. Leung profit. I have two cases for the employment issues, but her assistant did not let me finish the first case, I wonder how many times has she done this before? I suggest to all the potential Clients , should not call this office and to take an insult form Ms. Leung Assistant . Good Luck..
