If I could give us this place negative stars, I would. Absolutely poor communication all the way around between Mr. Hannigan and Araceli. I always have to call 2 weeks everyday CONSECUTIVELY. Friday, it's the SAME EXCUSE "Araceli is gone for the day" but yet I called 3 times earlier that day. I've been with him for a year , my case was put on hold for over a month. Not a single person from this office could contact me. When I finally did have court. I wasn't notified of whom I'd be looking for so I started about 40 mins late because whoever they sent also didnt know who they were looking for as we've never met. Then they tell me, it would be better to wait for another arbitrator. Month and a half later I FINALLY get into contact with them, and was told this other person they sent said I was seeking more medical care , thus hindering my case much further. I never ever said at any point to not settle. Now I was told I had court dec. 23rd. Then was also told after this, I would receive a response by friday 12/20. Here it is CHRISTMAS EVE and no one phone call returned after a week EVERYDAY CONSECUTIVELY. VERY VERY POOR COMMUNICATION. Go else where!!!!
